Plastic "PLA" printer - without a shadow of a doubt, Bambu Studios is the place to go here. I have a P1S, and it's amazing

Resin printing is the way to go for miniatures - I have the Phrozen mini 4k - but a good standard one is any Mars resin printer. Use the resin you are comfortable with for settings and price!
